FROZEN STRAWBERRY SALAD 
2 c. crushed pretzels
2 pkg. strawberry Jello
8 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 carton Cool Whip

Mix and press in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Beat cream cheese, add 1 cup sugar. Add Cool Whip. Pour over crumbs. Mix 2 packages of strawberry Jello and 2 cups of boiling water with 1 pint of mashed sweetened strawberries. Set until thick. Pour over cheese mixture.
