FROZEN STRAWBERRY SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored Jello 1 c. boiling water 1 qt. frozen vanilla lowfat yogurt, melted 1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened, crushed pineapple, undrained 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Let cool to room temperature. Stir in yogurt and pineapple. Pour mixture into a 9 inch square pan, and sprinkle with walnuts. Cover and freeze 8 hours or until set. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving. Yield 12 servings. 110 calories per 1/2 c. serving. |
