CHOCOLATE STRATA PIE 
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Beat into soft mounds. Add 1/2 cup sugar gradually and beat until stiff. Spread on bottom of pie crust and place in 325 degree oven for 15 to 18 minutes until brown. Cool.

2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits

Mix together. Take 3 tablespoons of this and spread on cooled meringue. Chill remainder of chocolate mixture.

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. heavy whipping cream

Beat until thick. Spread half of above mixture on chocolate. Combine other half of cream mixture with chilled chocolate and spread with chilled chocolate and spread on top of pie. Chill 4 hours. Serve.
