TROPICAL FRUIT PIE 
2 c. pineapple juice
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) orange Jello

Bake 2 deep dish pie shells. Cool. Mix together the pineapple juice, eggs, sugar and Jello. Cook until boils. Cool. Add large can of drained crushed pineapple. Line baked pie shell with sliced bananas. Refrigerate and let jell. When ready to serve, spread with Cool Whip.
