1 c. Jiffy baking mix
1 pkg. instant pudding mix
4 tbsp. oil
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients and mix until dough forms a ball. Shape into small balls, using 1 teaspoon for each. Place on ungreased baking sheet and flatten with hand to about 2 inches. Bake about 8 minutes. Yield: About 24 cookies.
