LEMON JELLO PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon jello pudding
2/3 cup water or milk
2/3 cup wesson oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 pkg. butterscotch bits

Put everything in bowl except eggs. Mix and add 1 egg at a time. Add bits after all is mixed and in tube pan.

Bake 1 hour in 350°F oven.

Bake in greased tube cake pan.
