CHOW MEIN 
2 lbs. beef and pork, ground or cubed
1 (7 oz.) can drained mushrooms
1 onion, sliced
1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables (with juice)
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts (with juice)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 stalks celery
1 can water chestnuts
6 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. molasses
6 to 8 tbsp. tapioca

Mix in following order: Beef, pork, mushrooms, onion, celery, water chestnuts, Chinese vegetables, bean sprouts, soy sauce, molasses, salt, and tapioca. Can be put in oven for 4 hours at 275 degrees or can be baked in crock pot for 4 hours at 275 degrees. If in crock pot, it can be cooked for 1 hour on high and then on low for 3 hours.
