POTATO SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. raw sliced potatoes
1/2 lb. grated cheese

Brown and drain sausage. Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In a large casserole, layer potatoes, soup mixture and sausage (may also add cheese between layers). Repeat layers, ending with sausage. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with rest of grated cheese and melt in oven.

Serves 6 to 8.
