5 c. cubed potatoes (cooked)
1 lb. smoked sausage, chopped
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded American cheese
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. Italian salad dressing

Combine potatoes, sausage, 1 cup cheese, onion, and pepper. Mix well. Pour salad dressing over potato mixture and mix well. Spoon in a lightly greased 8 inch square casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, uncover and bake 10 more minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bake 5 more minutes or until cheese melts. Yield: 6 servings.
