POTATO SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. pork sausage 1 can mushroom soup 3/4 c. milk 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 c. sliced potatoes 1/2 lb. grated cheese Brown and drain sausage. Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In a large casserole dish, layer potatoes, soup mixture and sausage. Repeat, ending with sausage layer. Dot with butter. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to oven until cheese melts. |
