CABBAGE RELISH 
6 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped sweet green pepper
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
Dash cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. distilled vinegar

Mix all together and store in glass jars in refrigerator.
