CHOCOLATE CARAMEL BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix together until crumbly. Press in bottom of a 9 inch square pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix sugar, peanut butter, syrup and beaten eggs, salt and vanilla. Stir in coconut and chocolate chips. Pour over crust and return to oven. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until set.
