BROCCOLI AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice (not instant)
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. celery & 1/2 c. onion (cut very fine)
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (cooked briefly)

Saute celery and onion in butter. Add Cheez Whiz to rice and broccoli, while they are still warm, so it will melt. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 300 degrees for 45-60 minutes. May be prepared the day before and reheated. Recipe could be cut in half for a family of four. Serves 8.
