BASIC POTATO SALAD 
6 med. potatoes, peeled, diced & boiled
3 boiled eggs
1 sm. onion, diced
1 med. pickle, diced
1/2 c. mayo
1/4 c. mustard
1/2 c. pickle juice
Salt & pepper

Place all ingredients except 1 egg into large bowl. Salt and pepper as desired. Mix well. Slice remaining egg; use to garnish top of salad. Serve warm or chill to serve later. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
