QUICK SOUP 
Approximately 1/4 c. oil
2 cloves garlic
1 box frozen spinach, chopped
1 (19 oz.) can white cannellini beans
1 tsp. instant chicken broth mix, or bouillon cube
Grated Romano cheese
Red pepper

In a saucepan, pour oil, add garlic cut in half and frozen spinach. Cover and turn on heat to medium high. Once simmering, help break spinach with a fork. When all thawed, add chicken base and 1 cup hot water. When boiling, add beans (with juice). Cover and simmer 1 minute. Takes about 10 minutes all together. Garnish with grated cheese and red pepper. Serves 3.
