KULILUA 
4 c. water
4 c. sugar

Bring to boil.

2 oz. (net wt.) instant coffee
1/2 vanilla bean

Add and simmer 5 minute (no rolling boil)

Let cool with cover on (bean remaining) overnight. When cool, add 100% proof 1/5 vodka. Remove bean and store in cool dark place (dark bottles) 30 days. Makes 1/2 gallon +.
