PARMESAN PORK CHOPS 
4-6 boneless pork chops
1 egg
Plain bread crumbs
Crisco or oil
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Pinch of salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. water
Extra Parmesan cheese
Dash of garlic powder

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Dip pork chops in egg then in mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and garlic powder. Let sit for 2-3 minutes. Lightly brown pork chops in Crisco. Place on foil-covered rack in roasting pan. Put 1/2 cup water in bottom of roaster.

Lightly sprinkle top of pork chops with garlic powder then Parmesan cheese. Cover roasting pan with foil and slit top twice. Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours for thin chops, 1 to 1 1/2 hours for thicker chops.
