1 c. Crisco
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
2 c. flour

Cream together Crisco, brown sugar and white sugar. Add rest of ingredients and spread on greased cookie sheet with wet knife. Sprinkle 1 package chocolate chips on top and press in. Beat 2 egg whites until stiff and fold in 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Spread on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
