LONDON BROIL 
2 1/2 - 3 lb. London broil or flank steak
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1/4 c. light soy sauce (low sodium)
1/4 c. brown sugar

Combine salad dressing, soy sauce and brown sugar. Place steak in a large, non metal baking dish, cover with salad dressing mixture and refrigerate. Marinate about three hours, turning occasionally. Broil steak over charcoal, turning once. To serve: With knife in slanting position, carve thin slices across the width of steak. Serves six.
