4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. Crisco
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Mix all ingredients. Shape dough in balls the size of walnuts and roll in powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes or lightly browned.
