CHOCOLATE NUT PIE 
1 c. sugar
6 tsp. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. pecan pieces
8 oz. chocolate chips
2 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring
1 unbaked pie shell
1 c. sweetened whipped cream

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine all ingredients, except for whipped cream, in a large bowl and stir well. Pour into a pie shell and bake 50 to 60 minutes or until set. Cool well and garnish with sweetened whipped cream.
