SPINACH QUICHE 
Line a pie plate with regular pie crust. Spread the crust with butter. Use a 10 inch pie plate.

FILLING:

2 c. heavy cream
4 eggs
3 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheese, Swiss, Cheddar, Muenster (use any one)
Onion salt or powder
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all the ingredients. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees then 35 minutes at 325 degrees.

To reheat, cover with foil and heat at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
