CHILES RELLENOS EGG ROLLS 
12 fresh green chiles
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. dried whole oregano
12 egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil
Picante sauce (optional)

Place chiles on a baking sheet; broil 3 to 4 inches from heat, turning often with tongs, until chiles are blistered on all sides. Immediately place chiles in a plastic bag; fasten securely, and let steam 10 to 15 minutes.
