CHILE RELLENO SQUARES 
2 (4 oz.) cans mild green chiles
3 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. flour
Pie shell

Lightly grease 9-inch square pan. layer chiles and cheese (I prefer to mix chiles and cheese together). Beat eggs, milk and flour together. Pour over layered ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done and cut as desired.

If you prefer, you can put these ingredients into a deep dish or regular pie shell. But either way, it's a great appetizer!
