SPINACH SUZANNE 
1 can plain artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. milk
1/3 c. grated Romano cheese

Arrange artichokes on bottom of a 9-inch square casserole dish. Put spinach on top of artichokes. Beat together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and butter. Add milk to mixture. Spread on top of spinach. Sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
