1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 egg

Mix as you would for cookies. Bake at 350 degrees in 9"x13" pan for 20 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar or frost with 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter and 4 to 6 tablespoons milk.
