SUZANNE'S CHICKEN 
Boneless chicken breasts
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. cornstarch (you may need extra for lg. amount)
A little ketchup
1 clove garlic, minced
Water to make good consistency

Mix all of the above ingredients except for chicken. Cut boneless chicken breasts into strips and dip chicken in and fry in wok using lard for best results. Can use shrimp for this batter as well.
