SUZANNE'S RICE PUDDING 
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. rice
Pinch salt
1 qt. milk
1/8 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cook rice and salt in water for 7 minutes. Stir together milk, butter and add to rice mixture. Cook on low heat, boiling gently, for 1 hour. Stir together sugar, eggs, raisins and vanilla. Add SLOWLY to milk and rice mixture - use an electric mixer to blend well. Cook until it coats a spoon. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Serve warm.
