SHERRY'S COLESLAW | |
3/4 cup light mayonnaise 1/2 small white onion, grated 1 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. celery seeds 3 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 1 small head cabbage, cored, finely shredded 1 large carrot, finely shredded salt and pepper, to taste In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, onions, sugar, celery seeds and vinegar. Add cabbage and carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Let sit for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Submitted by: Sherry Monfils |
