AUNT RETTA'S COLESLAW 
1 medium head green cabbage, shredded
diced veggies:
carrots
green pepper
green onion
radishes
dill pickles
celery
cucumber
salt, pepper, parsley, onion powder

“The Secret Dressing”... Seven Seas Viva Italian Dressing (not lite or fat free). Sometimes I add a splash of Parmesan Caesar or Ranch dressing along with the Viva Italian. Stir and refrigerate for a few hours then stir again from the bottom.

You can find it in the Kraft Dressing section, it says "Seven Seas" on the label under "Kraft" in big letters and then says "Viva Italian Dressing and Marinade" under that. It is hard to find, so I usually buy several at a time to keep on hand.

They have discontinued the Kraft Viva Italian Salad Dressing. You can still find it for $10 to $20 a bottle. I don't think I'd buy it, as it's obviously been around for a while. Anyway, I always used the Viva dressing, and looked around unsuccessfully for a replacement. The closest thing I've found is the Kraft Creamy Italian Dressing. It's not quite as zingy, but it has the underlying flavor of the Viva dressing.
