PEPPER STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 lg. green peppers, cut in strips
1 clove garlic, mashed
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
2 tsp. soy sauce

Combine dry ingredients. Cut meat in thin strips and dredge in flour mixture. Saute until lightly brown in oil - set meat aside and saute onions, peppers and garlic until tender. Add meat and other ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes or until meat is tender. If mixture needs thickening, combine 1 tablespoon of remaining seasoned flour mixture with 1 tablespoon water. Serve over rice or noodles.
