OVEN BAKED BEEF BURGUNDY 
1 c. red wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. flour
2 lb. beef stew meat
4 med. carrots
1 clove garlic
2 lg. onions, sliced
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 c. thinly sliced mushrooms

Blend soy sauce with flour, add beef. Mix to coat. Add rest of ingredients except mushrooms.

Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Add cup mushrooms and cook for additional hour.

About 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
