GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
5 potatoes
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
8 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. parsley
3 hard cooked eggs

Cut potatoes in bite size cubes. Add diced onion, diced celery, chopped eggs and crumbled bacon to potatoes. In saucepan add other ingredients and cook until thick, pour over potatoes.
