FRUIT-NUT SNACK MIX 
1/2 c. dried apricots, cut in quarters
1/2 c. dates, cut in half
1/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. dried bananas
1/2 c. whole almonds
1/2 c. walnut halves
1/2 c. unsalted peanuts
1/4 c. unsalted sunflower seeds

In a large bowl, toss ingredients together. Store in tightly covered container. Makes 3 cups.

VARIATION: You may substitute your favorite dried fruits or nuts in place of those listed.
