CRAB CHOWDER 
1/2 bag cauliflower, broccoli & carrots
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
2 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. cornstarch
4 oz. Neufchatel cheese
6 oz. frozen crab
1 c. croutons

Cook vegetables in water until tender. Add bouillon and 2 cups milk, heat to almost boiling. Shake remaining milk in covered container with cornstarch until well blended. Add to mixture. When slightly thickened, add cheese. when cheese is melted add crab. Cook until heated through. Serve with croutons.
