CRAB MEAT CHOWDER 
1 can crab meat
2 c. light cream (1 pt.)
2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. thyme

(Try fresh if available - precook slightly). Saute onions in butter. Add flour. Add all ingredients and simmer until well blended.
