CRANBERRY SALAD | |
3 boxes cherry Jello 3 c. boiling water 1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained (save 1/3 c. juice) 2 cans of whole berry cranberry sauce 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 2 heaping tbsp. of mayonnaise 1 c. chopped pecans Dissolve Jello. Add crushed pineapple and cranberry sauce. Chill 20 minutes. Pour 1/2 of the mixture in a rectangular baking dish and jell. Cream the cream cheese, mayonnaise and pineapple juice. Spread on top of Jello mixture. Chill for 15 minutes. Pour pecans into the remaining Jello mixture and make the third layer. Chill 2 hours. |
