QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 deep dish pie shell
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) deviled ham
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. light cream
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. chopped green peppers

Pre-bake unpricked pie crust at 450 degrees for 6 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Combine ham, hard-cooked eggs, cheeses, beaten eggs, cream and pepper. Sprinkle peppers on top. Bake on cookie sheet for 35 to 40 minutes.
