EASY FLAVORED RICE 
1 c. rice (not instant)
2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. onion flakes
2 chicken bouillon
2 beef bouillon
1 tsp. garlic powder

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Put rice in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Add onion flakes and garlic powder. Dissolve all bouillon cubes in boiling water and pour over rice. Stir all until blended. Bake approximately 30 minutes or until rice is tender. (You may need to add a bit more water if rice is not completely done.) Serves 4.
