EASY WAY TO COOK WILD RICE 
1 c. raw wild rice

Rinse rice thoroughly and put in a baking dish. Add 3 cups of water and 3 teaspoons of chicken bouillon

Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Check rice after one hour's time. If more water is needed, add water and fluff with a fork.

It is just as easy to bake 2 or 3 batches of rice while your oven is hot. Put extra cooked batches in sealed plastic bags and freeze for future use.
