1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 lg. can peaches

Mix all ingredients except peaches in mixing bowl. Pour into casserole dish. Pour can of peaches (with juice) over batter. Do not stir. Bake at 375 degrees until golden.
