YAM PUFF 
4 lg. yams
1/4 c. butter
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts

Peel potatoes and boil until soft; mash and add the remaining ingredients. Beat well and put in buttered casserole dish. Dot with butter and bake 1/2 hour.
