CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
24 wing portions
3 tbsp. butter
1 sm. onion, sliced
3 1/2 oz. can pineapple chunks
Orange juice
Scant 1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. mace
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

Melt butter and add wings and onions. Cook until brown both sides (10 minutes). Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Measure syrup and add orange juice to make 1 1/4 cups. Blend in soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, ginger, salt, mace, Tabasco and dry mustard. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Remove chicken to platter. Thicken sauce with cornstarch. Add pineapple chunks and pour over chicken.
