CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
3 lbs. chicken wings
Garlic salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar

Place chicken wings in a foil lined pan (for easier cleanup) and sprinkle evenly with garlic salt.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn over and sprinkle evenly again with garlic salt and bake for an additional 20 minutes.

SAUCE:

Boil together for one minute:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar

Pour sauce over cooked wings and continue to bake until well browned, turning and basting frequently (about 10-20 minutes).
