CHINESE CHICKEN WINGS 
1 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 tbsp. oil
Dash salt, optional
Dash pepper, optional

Combine all ingredients and cover 5 pounds of chicken. No need to marinate. Bake about one hour at 400 degrees. Best if prepared a day ahead and rebaked one hour at 400 degrees.
