CHICKEN VICTORIA SOUP 
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 qts. chicken stock
1 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. diced pimentos
1 c. cubed, cooked chicken

Melt butter, add flour and blend. Add chicken stock and heat until thickened. Set aside. Saute mushrooms and onions for 5 minutes then add pimentos and chicken. Mix and add stock mixture. Simmer until heated through. Serves 8.
