APPLE CRANBERRY STUFFING
6 apples
1 teaspoon apple pie spice (pumpkin pie spice may be substituted)
10-12 slices cinnamon bread
1/2 stick of butter, melted
1 cup apple cider, you may use more to your taste
1/2-1 cup dried cranberries to taste (they do expand)

Place cut up pieces of bread on cookie sheet and bake on low temperature (275°F) until dry (around 15-25 minutes - keep your eye on it). Place cooled bread in large metal bowl, add peeled, cored and cut apples and spice. Toss completely.

Mix butter and cider in saucepan over stove and add to large bowl. Add cranberries. Mix thoroughly.

Bake on a 350°F oven for around 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered for half.
