SUPER HAM BALLS | |
1 1/4 lb. lean ham 1/4 lb. lean pork 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 egg 1/2 c. milk 2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped Have ham and pork ground fine. Add beaten egg, bread crumbs, milk and onion. Shape into balls. Place into shallow baking dish and baste with sauce. Bake at 375°F for 50-60 minutes. Sauce: 1 c. crushed pineapple 1/3 c. brown sugar 1 tbsp. white vinegar 2 tbsp. prepared mustard Mix together. |
