SWEET & SOUR HAM BALLS 
2 lb. ham, ground fine
2 lb. pork, ground fine
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. onion, grated

Combine all the ingredients, mixing well. Shape into small cocktail-size balls. Single layer in 2 cake pans (9 x 13-inch). Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Skim off juice and fat. Pour sauce over balls. Cover with tin foil and continue baking 1 hour or until done.

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. water
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits

Heat all the ingredients, except pineapple, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add the full can of pineapple with juice and stir well. Pour over partially cooked ham balls.
