HAWAIIAN HAM 
4 (1") thick ham slices
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. coconut

Place individual ham slices in a shallow baking dish. Spread pineapple over each ham slice. Combine brown sugar and vinegar; spread over top of pineapple. Top with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. Makes 4 servings.

I was looking for a difference way to have ham, and this was different. A lovely change from broiled and barbequed. I thought it may be too different of a combination the sweetness with the meat but everyone really enjoyed the combination.Will definitely cook again.
